The Commissioner is made for a rider that demands the ultimate high-speed performance. This board will go as fast as you want to without flinching. From powder and groomers to chop and chunder, the Commissioner will power through all of it. We've used every technology available to make sure this board holds up to the most demanding speed freaks on the mountain. A Tapered Elliptical Progressive Sidecut allows for exceptional turn initiation and follow through. A laser cut aluminum/carbon fiber topsheet increases high-speed control. A 100% Paulownia core reduces weight and increases flex properties for snappier turns. The low-friction Race Base is made from a carbon-infused sintered base material to ensure a fast ride. The Commissioner is designed for intermediate to high-level riders seeking high-speed all-mountain terrain.

Technology

Elliptical Progressive Sidecut:

Designed exclusively for the Commissioner, this sidecut combines tight elliptical curvature at the tip and tail to provide low-speed initiation and response with a larger radial section between the feet for high-speed stability and tracking.

Carbon Infused Glass Fiberglass:

90° Carbon fibers stitched into the glass. Extra pop and response, without adding extra stiffness.

Sintered Low Friction Race Base:

The highest grade carbon-infused sintered base material available. Designed for speed.

Paulownia Core:

High strength Aspen is combined with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light.

Carbon Slimewalls®:

This totally unique sidewall combines layers of Slimewalls® material and carbon strategically placed at the inserts out to the contact points in the tip and tail on a twin, and the back inserts to the contact points in the tail on a directional board. This exclusive tech enhances the charging rider’s experience as we have moved the carbon pop construction to the outside edge for better stability and enhanced response.

Carbon Array Laminates:

This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Offered in two levels of technology, 3 & 5.

Silencer 5 Laminates:

Specially designed urethane layers purifying the response from our Carbon Array™ 5 by filtering out vibration for a super smoothed-out, yet snappy feeling.

Aluminum / Carbon Top Sheet:

Racing inspired technology that balances the strength and damping abilities of anodized Titanal aluminum with the stiffness and rebound properties of woven carbon fiber. These two materials have been specifically designed together to improve the board’s edge hold, turning power, and overall speed while reducing weight.

RIDE Snowboard Technology:

Engineered by snowboarders, for the most demanding riders on the planet. With over 30 years of experience in building high-quality products.
